  URGENT:  ABOVE GUIDELINE RENT REDUCTION 2006 Since August 31, 2022, I have been corresponding with Akelius Canada Ltd. and two of their employees Mr. Gregory Simon, Property Manager, and Ms. Neusha Shahriar-Husain, Property Administrator for 111 Lawton Blvd. All three parties are aware the AGI 2006 order expired September 30, 2022, ordering a rent reduction of 0.82% for the tenants listed in the order TSL-84316 starting October 1, 2022. Only current tenants residing in the same apartment unit at the time of the order are entitled to the reduction. Review your copy of order TSL-84316 for further information. Akelius Canada Ltd. has been avoiding implementing the ordered rent reduction in TSL-84316.
